Is BeeChat free?

Yes, it is free to use.

Where does my data go?

This depends on the chosen model. For example, when interacting with BeeChat, your data is kept safe within the BFH infrastructure. Please have a look at the model description before entering any sensitive data.

Are my chats private?

Your chats are pseudonymized to protect your identity. While technically, our system administrator (currently Daniel Reichenpfader) could access chat histories, he has committed not to do so. Pseudonymized chat data is stored on the same server as BeeChat for monitoring purposes only, and can be only accessed be the system administrator.
